Love your site Q - Where can I get a pillion seat any other bike seat fit? Q - What type of NOS Nitrous system do you recommend? Thanks Max:)
Chuck: Thanks Max! Try the same year GSXR and tail. I wouldn't use NOS on a TL personally, try searching on TLzone.net and TLplanet.com for notro configs. |

my spark plugs were really weak and now i dont have any spark, fully charged bat. after trouble shooting i was told i need a new ecu what do you think
Chuck: Get new plugs. I use irridium. Dont change the ECU. Do the electrical fix on my site and worst case you may need to clean the magnito and/ or replace the regulator/ rectifier. |

Chuck, I have a 98 TL1000R. The battery and the fusses are in good condition but when I turn the ignition key, there is no power. Any suggestions???
Chuck: There are 2 main fuses by the battery -on is a spare. You may also need the electrical fix listed on this site. |

What are the pros & cons of slash cut exhaust? Why didn't you cut the exhaust below the swingarm?
Chuck: Pros and cons is based on your perspective. I love the sound and others don't. It is louder and you probably can't really get in the high RPMs without drawing a lot of attention. Everyone compliments the sound of my slash cuts.
Cutting below the swingarm makes it louder. Cutting the pipe straight will make it much louder. |

Im trying to do the tps sync, but im too poor to afford a balancer I was wondering if there is a way you could show me to do it on my own, thanks alot
Chuck: There is a picture of one made with bottles and tubing. I use vaccum gauges. You could also borrow a balancer -or do a search on carb balancer. |
